Yeah, they would freeze their toes and other extremities off. and for the record, I don't need the cold for a reason to complain, but put me on a Carribbean Island and I would have no worries, no cares, it would all be good.
(and warming up here? yeah, I suppose 25 below is quite a bit warmer than 40 below)
