Various Types Of Chess Games

You will notice that the Chess interface here allows you to play:

Classic - Chess you and I are accustomed to playing

Dark Chess - A player doesn't see the entire board, only their own pieces (including pawns), and squares where these pieces could move.

Extinction Chess - A player must capture all of his/her opponent's pieces to win.

Chess 960 - Players have castling possibilities for all starting positions.

It is recommended that you first start with the Classic style of play before venturing into the others.
