I used to have the James Bond boxed set, and I thought that was really good. Now I have my own custom one which not character based, but I have to do some work on it.

I played that game ages ago, if memory serves me, one of the 'spy' character's greatest statistics was luck, and apparently Jame Bond had the highest possible score.
The closes thing that I would get to 'Detective Style' role playing was Call of Cthulhu, which is categorized as horror, but your characters are referred to as investigators. It is a far more cerebral game where your survival is reliant on the knowledge and education of character rather than brute strength or combat skills.

Open Question: Looking for new RPGs to play, ones that are similar to Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy X and X-2?
